Preconstruction tends to look a little different from one project to the next. There isn't a one-size-fits-all approach that works for everyone. That's why we've built in flexible, customizable task management tools in Bridgit Bench.

Just head over to the precon tab and click to add a task. You'll then be able to give it a name (ex. Conceptual Design, Schematic Design, etc.), select your target dates, and hit save. Your precon tasks will then display as a cascade so your team can clearly visualize where precon planning is at and what's next. What's even better is that the people assigned to your precon tasks will be linked until you say otherwise. That means when a date needs to shift, the people assigned to the task shift with it. No manual updating required.

Beside your list of precon tasks in your projects, you'll have the ability to display a roster of available team members. From there, you can simply drag-and-drop them directly onto the desired task and Bridgit Bench will take care of the rest.

Bridgit Bench will give you a short list of team members that match the role and availability you need. Pretty easy, right?
